Job Description

HR Administrator£10.00 - £12.00 p/hrTemporary, Full timeLiverpool HR Administrator required to join a unique not for profit organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced HR Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive HR function on a temporary, full-timebasis with a potential permanent opportunity.As the HR Administrator you will work within a small HR team supporting the delivery of effective recruitment processes including job advertising, HR co-ordination and on-boarding procedures alongside other duties below:Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator

  • Maintain a high quality Administrative function
  • Follow correct process for all applications/CVs
  • Liaise with Senior Management with candidate selection
  • Co-ordinate interviews and prepare relevant documentation
  • Responsible for pre-employment checks
  • Issue offer letters and contracts of employment when necessary
  • Always maintain accuracy of HR records and ensuring they are kept up to date
Required skills and experience of the HR Administrator
  • Strong Administrative experience
  • Worked previously in a HR Admin role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
