Job Description

Finance Manager£35,000 - £40,000Permanent, Full-timeLiverpool Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a community based not-for-profit client based in Liverpool. My client is looking for a personable and committed individual who is an experienced Finance Manager to join theirfriendly finance function on a permanent, full-time basis.As the Finance Manager you will assist the Financial Controller in managing all aspects of finance across the organisation, including other duties below;Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager

  • Assist with the preparation of long-term budget planning
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of annual budgets
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Line management of Finance Officers
  • Completion of monthly reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Present reports to stakeholders as and when required
  • Reconcile and input payroll data monthly
Required skills and experience of the Finance Manager
  • Finance degree, CCAB/QBE
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Experience of producing management accounts
  • Excellent Business Partnering skills
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong IT skills including Advanced Microsoft Excel
