Job Description

The role of a Finance Assistant in our Accounting & Finance department is to support the financial operations of our not-for-profit organisation. This team member will be based in Liverpool, managing various tasks from processing invoices to assisting withbudget preparation.Client DetailsThis is an established not-for-profit organisation with a strong presence across the UK.   • Processing and managing invoices and expenses
  • Reviewing debtor accounts
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Creating and maintaining financial reports.
  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Responding to financial inquiries and providing financial guidance.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to optimise financial operations.
