Job Description

Finance Assistant£11.00- £14.00 p/hTemporary, Full-timeLiverpool (hybrid-working)Finance Assistant required to join an NHS organisation on a full time temporary basis. My client is looking for a team player and ambitious individual who is an experienced Finance Assistant to join their dynamic and friendly finance function.As the Finance Assistant you will work really closely with Senior Management supporting the Finance Team with all transactional work, alongside other duties below;Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant

  • Assist with month-end processes
  • Accruals
  • Prepayments
  • Invoice processing
  • Updating staffing establishment lists
  • Ledger reconciliations
  • Journal processing
Required skills and experience of the Finance Assistant
  • Recent Finance experience
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of organisational skills
  • High level of analytical skills
