Family Secretary A leading multi service law firm which has suitable plans for expansion and growth are looking for a Family Secretary to join their team in Liverpool. This Law Firm is very proud of its heritage which stretches back for more than 300 years, however, with thenew management team in place the company now has the future firmly in mind.The Role* Responsible for providing all round secretarial and administrative support.* Liaising with clients and answering basis queries.* Diary Management.* Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation).* Maintaining filing and record systems.The Candidate* Strong communication and IT skills are important.* Be a Team Player who can thrive in an atmosphere or shared goals and shared achievements.* Ability to audio type and copy type is essential.* Knowledge of Bighand digital dictation is preferable.Remuneration & benefitsA competitive salary will be offered and an excellent benefits package.
