You will have experience estimating and or managing contracts from order to receipt of delivery. Knowledge of Building Industry/Wood products an advantageRequired skills include and excellent knowledge of Excel, Analysing Information, Estimating, Planning, Attention to Detail, numeracy and communication.Working alongside the sales team to ensure most competitive quotations and maximising sales opportunities.Close attention to detail and a methodical attitude is required to ensure accuracy.Estimating experience and/or experience in construction / manufacturing / timber beneficial.Good excel and CAD skills required.Contracts Managers - Contracts SchedulersYou will need to manage contracts from order handover to final deliveryLiaising with customers ensuring requirements are fully understood and interpreted correctly.Scheduling production to specification and deliveryProject managementProduce an agreed schedule of the customer requirements throughEnsure requirements are fully understood, lead times agreed delivery requirements, technical issues.Interpretation of architect
