The Engineering Compliance Team Leader will manage a small highly motivated team to deliver:The day to day running of Engineering stores to ensure it is managed to the required Engineering and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards to prevent stock outs and ensure it remains cost effective. The day-to-day operation of the Computerised MaintenanceManagement System (CMMS). They will ensure that the system is used and maintained in alignment to the relevant local and Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and they will ensure that the change management processes are followed, reviewed and improvedas required.As the Engineering Compliance lead, they will develop a governance process to allow the site to measure, using trends and KPIs its regulatory performance (GMP and EHS); they will work with Engineering and operations leads and subject SMEs to determine actionplans where required.They will also be responsible for delivering the site Safe Systems of Work programme through training and periodic review in conjunction with the individual SMEs, this will include Permit to Work, Confined Space Entry and Hot Work Permitting. They will beaccredited as an Authorised Engineer by formal assessment (C&G) or be open to work towards this accreditation through internal and external means.They will ensure that all engineering teams and suitably trained through collaboration with Engineering training coordinator and the engineering team managers, this will include upkeep of assignment profiles and Training Curricula development, Oversightof KPIs and working with managers to ensure key targets are maintained.Responsibilities:
