Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Sales Executive with a strong background in the Further Education industry.As an Education Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the content library growth and platform services in the FE College market and private training provider sector.Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.The right candidate will also receive a pipeline of leads from our external SDR team as well as the opportunity to upsell to existing clients.Our client is a leading EdTech company specialising in Extended Reality (XR) learning technology and content services for the education and training sector. They offer a innovative delivery platform, app and comprehensive library of XR content designed toenhance the learning experience for students in Further Education (FE) Colleges and private training providers. and industry L&DOffering a innovative delivery platform, app and comprehensive library of content designed to enhance the learning experience forstudents in Further Education (FE) Colleges and private training providers and industry L&D.Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting and Sales Presentations- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target customers.in further education- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and contacting decision-makers within the target institutions- Book and conduct online and in-person sales presentations demonstrationsSales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales plans for specific clients or regions.Client Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in FE Colleges and private training providers- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and offer solutions using the Focus XR tech and services.Product Knowledge: - Develop a deep understanding of our XR content library and platform services- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our XR content and platform services.- Address client inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism.Sales Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management teamCollaboration and Teamwork: - Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product enhancements.Are you the perfect candidateDo you have;- A proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the Further Education industry- Knowledge of the FE College system and private training provider landscape- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset- Willingness to travel as neededBenefits: - Competitive salary and commission structure (£35k Basic plus commission -OTE 100K)- Health and retirement benefits- Professional development opportunities- A collaborative and innovative work environment- The opportunity to work with a fast growing tech start up and shape the future of education through cutting-edge technologyIf you are a motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for education and technology, we encourage you to apply and be part of our mission to revolutionise education through Extended Reality (XR) solutions.
