Job Description

ECOMMERCE INSIGHT ANALYST £30,000 - £42,000LIVERPOOL Take on a pivotal role in the growth of the ecommerce platform in this thriving retail business!THE COMPANYA retailer with an enthusiasm for ecommerce and data. With a new way of shopping this brand is looking to use their data to be targeted, more user friendly and enhance online shopping globally!THE ROLEAs an Ecommerce Insight Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to better improve their experience. More specifically you will have to:

  • Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
  • Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
  • Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • An expert in SQL (GA and PowerBi is desirable)
  • Background working within Ecommerce understnaidng online retail
  • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs such as CLV, retention and loyalty
  • Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
