My client, a successful online retailer is looking to recruit an experience Ecommerce Amazon Specialist to join their Digital team. This role will report into the Head of Digital. You will be responsible for assisting the Digital Team with maintaining thebusinesses main Ecommerce channels of Amazon & eBay as well as any future channels. You will also assist with digital marketing and Ecommerce PPC advertising.Key Responsibilities:Listing optimisation to increase top seller rankings - content and premium A+Optimising AMS Campaigns to increase ROAS and maximise CTRMonitor FBA inventory and sales in all marketsCreate FBA shipment files and labelsMonitor FBM / eBay stock levels and make sure stock on every listing where possibleMonitor pricing on listings/competitors and other sellers to help ensure we are on the Buy Box at all times3P Compliance checks and test purchasesDeal with Amazon Seller Support on listing issues, re-instate listings, declarations of conformityMaintaining and improving content on online platformsWriting content for new listingsWork with listings translated for European markets by working with a translation agencyMonitoring and setting sales prices to maintain competitiveness while maintaining margin expectationProducing artwork request sheets for new products being introduced to the businessProviding Marketplaces with all necessary compliance documentationMust Have:Previously worked with Amazon Seller Central & eBayMust have recent experience working in a similar Ecommerce Amazon roleGood Microsoft Excel ability including using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP & other relevant Excel functionsExpertise in conversion rate optimization, SEO, PPC, amazon guidelines, and keyword researchCopywriting A/B Testing experience - desirablePPC Listing Optimisation CommunicationSEO Graphic Design Helium10/Sellics/Junglescout - desirableKnowledge of leveraging Amazon tools such as FBA, SFP & Lightning deals in different marketplacesTaking top of search spots from the competition using aggressive PPC campaignsA knowledge of Ecommerce principles including content, advertising, stock management, analytics and customer supportA knowledge of UK homewares and household product market/online retail products - preferredGood communication and reporting skillsThe ability to work as part of the larger Digital team and also to be able to work independently where neededNice To Have:
