A brand new Mid Level .NETDeveloper role has come about to join a small Software Development team in a 50 year old business who boast a strong reputation for creating innovative designs within the manufacturing space across a broad range of technologiessuch as .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics and Java.The Mission After a full assessment of their technology offering this company are on a mission to achieve a full IT make over by leveraging the use of cloud technologies, .NET Core and Blazor to transform business performance across their 7 systems. This role offersthe chance to join the team at the very start of this journey offering ownership, autonomy and involvement across the full software lifecycle.The Role This person will join a small Development team of two Senior Developers, a Junior Developer and a Tester where using the .Net technologies you will design clean and scalable code that will integrate with third party components. The Software Development manageris still hands on and is a real role model to the team. He gives guidance where necessary but also offers every team member a sense of ownership and a voice when it comes to decisions on projects. The team is still growing and there are plans to add headcountfurther into 2024 as part of the wider growth strategy.Technical Requirements
