My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established MSP with a long-standing track record with a large client base. This role will offer you variation on day-to-day tasks and a lotof hands-on technical experience. My client will also offer plenty of training and guidance along your career journey.The Position:The role is varied with a great mixture of desk-based tasks; Being the first point of contact for any clients or customers queries, providing all necessary IT Support. Troubleshooting and diagnosing software, networking, or hardware problems then offering theappropriate solutions. Providing technical support remote or face to face. Installing and configuring computer systems, networks and infrastructure.
