The role involves handling a caseload of data breach claims, requiring a meticulous approach to vettingnew claims, rapidly assessing information to pinpoint winnable cases, and prioritising and issuing cases within stringent deadlines.Key responsibilities include undertaking Court Telephone Hearings, maintaining all case management with precision and timeliness, managing correspondence and telephone calls, reviewing files, supporting junior staff, and providing general advice to the business.You will ideally have one year experience specifically in Data Breach Law. A genuine interest in this area of law will be considered an asset. A thorough understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act is essential, along with the ability to prioritise workeffectively and meet deadlines.
