  • Ownership of company customer service processes (including implementation of any suitable customer services management systems - currently Zendesk.) monitoring of customer service responses and training of staff, handling of complex customer issues whenescalated by customer services staff.
  • Daily responsibility for Staff welfare, including monitoring and reporting of health and safety issues/concerns. Ability to identify when to escalate to Directors.
  • Responsibility for training, performance monitoring & performance review of all staff in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Responsibility for resolving Staff issues/concerns as first point of contact, this includes annual leave arrangements, sickness absences, disciplinary issues and grievances.
  • Responsibility for policy implementation and oversight of all policies provided by Directors. Ability to assist with policy review as required.
Profile
  • Experience and/or qualifications within the Hair and Beauty industry, its essential that the candidate is either experienced with the (or can demonstrate the capacity to understand) the handling of human hair extensions, including the ability to differentiatebetween shades & fitting types and also identify and resolve common issues with customers.
  • Experience of (and/or qualifications in) managing in a customer services role/environment. This will include the development of customer services processes and training of customer services staff.
  • Experience and/or qualifications in management (or ability to demonstrate the capacity to manage) in a SME environment. (this is primarily due to the expectation that the candidate will manage staff across warehouse and office environments).
  • IT literacy (ZENDESK or similar, Basic HR software, excel, word, Trello or similar, Warehouse Management Systems, basic IT troubleshooting & ability to identify when to escalate.)
