  • Handling inbound calls and emails from clients
  • Resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
  • Recording and updating client information in the companys database
  • Working collaboratively with the team to reach customer service objectives
  • Participating in training and development opportunities
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
ProfileA successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
