We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor to join an already successful team.This company prides themselves on their family feel and are less corporate than most other companies. They are very sociable and enjoy their work as they have a great passion for what they do.As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong negotiation skills and a passion for the law.Duties:- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients- Represent clients in court proceedings- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and agreements- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients- Attend meetings with clients to discuss their legal needs- Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for casesExperience:- Proven experience as a Criminal Defence Solicitor- Duty Qualified (Preferable)- Police Station Accredited- Strong negotiation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulationsIf you are a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for the law, we encourage you to apply.
