Job Description

Credit Controller£25,000 - £30,000Temporary, Full-time Liverpool (Hybrid-working)Credit Controller required to join a Charity organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Credit Controller to join their dynamic and growing finance function on a full time, interim basis.As the Credit Controller you will be supporting the Finance team whilst undertaking, managing and fulfilling credit control for a range of the organisations services and departments, alongside the various duties below:Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller

  • Ensure timely collection of income
  • Resolve issues and provide support regarding slow collection cases
  • Produce and collate debt reports
  • Assist the Transactional Manager with cash collection, forecasting and management reports
  • Assist with close down for month-end including accruals and prepayments
  • Maintain and reconcile online payments
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the Accounts Receivable Transactional Manager
Required skills and experience of the Credit Controller
  • Recent Credit Control/AR experience
  • Public Sector experience (desirable not essential)
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates initiative whilst able to take direction
