Job Description

Credit Control Manager£28,000 - £34,000Fixed-term, Full-timeLiverpool (mostly remote-working)Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Credit Control Manager on behalf of a community based not for profit client based in Liverpool. My client is looking for a personable and committed individual who is an experienced Credit Control Managerto join their finance function on a fixed-term, full-time basis.As the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable function whilst having up to two direct reports alongside other duties below;Key responsibilities of the Credit Control Manager

  • Manage a small AR team ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Assist with the improvement of invoicing timelines
  • Assist with processing of unallocated cash balances
  • Manage all customer invoicing and input of data
  • Be a part of process and procedure improvements for the function
  • Weekly debt reporting to Senior Management
  • Deal with all queries driving resolution to reduce debtor balances
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings and events
Required skills and experience of the Credit Control Manager
  • Recent Accounts Receivable experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to influence and lead a team
