This specialist business has been established for over 100 years, offering personal and workforce medical health plans. Based in central Liverpool, they are working on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office. They are growing their Marketing team andlooking for a Creative Designer/Marketing Executive who can cover this broad and varied role.As a Creative Marketing Designer, you will assist the Head of Marketing in preparing and delivering marketing materials and designs to support campaigns in line with the marketing strategy. You will also manage the design, creative development and productionof marketing literature and other collateral, including leaflets, brochures, advertisements, tender documents, PowerPoint presentations, company stationery, etc.What youll do: Liaise with other marketing team members to create high-quality graphics, infographics and other visuals to help support various marketing campaigns Work with the marketing team and design agency to ensure tasks are delivered per agreed timescales and specifications Take responsibility for creating video content and photography to help support marketing activities, including case studies, client testimonials, charitable projects, etc. Design and manage the monthly health and well-being emails for clients, working with the Content Marketing Executive to produce copy Produce pro-active social media content for all the company brandsExperience youll need: Adobe Creative Suite to produce brochures, leaflets, adverts, stationary etc PowerPoint to produce presentation and tender documents Video content production and photographyTo apply for this role, youll have a couple of years experience in a Marketing team or Creative Studio, and a portfolio that demonstrates creative and design ideas.You will also require expertise in the correct application of branding and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
