Job Description

Im recruiting a Contact Centre Consultant for a Public Sector contract - as above this an urgent requirement and therefore were looking for someone to start asap without long notice periods. The initial contract will run until the end of August - howeverit is highly likely to be extended for a much longer period.Role requirements and details are below but one absolute essential is existing Security Clearance from working on a Government project, for example SC Clearance or similar (if this has run out, as long as this is within the last 3 months, thats fine). A DBSis unfortunately not going to be sufficient. Due to the nature of the project, our Client is insistent on this and it is a non negotiable.What we are looking for then is someone with experience of the following:- Building multi channel contact strategies to include Voice Bot, Chat Bot, Web Chat, Web Form, Telephony and traditional forms of communication (email etc)- Data skills & experience with forecast modelling- Experience of working in complex contact centres- Ideally (but not essentially) hands on experience of working with the Genesys platformCandidates will either be existing Consultants or will have a good deal of project management and contact centre change experience. Again, Security Clearance from a government department is a non negotiable. . As above, my Client is looking for an immediate(or as near as!) start. This is a hybrid role with candidates spending circa one day a week in either London, Croydon or Liverpool (whichever is closest). To £650 daily (inside IR35 and to include expenses).
