Job Description

Lead Representative - Client Processing£30,000 - £38,000Permanent, Full timeLiverpool (hybrid-working)Client Processing Lead Representative required to join a high-calibre Wealth Management organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an experienced Client Processing Lead Representative who is looking to make the next step in their career witha leading Wealth Management organisation on a permanent, full-time basis.Key responsibilities of the Client Processing Lead Representative:

  • Prepare management information to demonstrate team performance against service levels
  • Participate and lead client meetings
  • Support the team in the coordination of major production runs
  • Responsibility for quality assurance of production and products
  • Ensure procedures and control models are maintained and reviewed regularly
  • Oversee day to day activities ensuring deadlines are met
  • Act as a point of escalation and perform root cause analysis of issues
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Product Management
Required skills and experience of the Client Processing Lead Representative:
  • Valuation / CGT / Tax knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience of report production (desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience of reporting to investors (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
