Job Description

We are seeking a customer driven Client Communications Executive to join our team. They have recently launched a new website and app for their clients to view their accounts and transact with the business. This role will monitor, reply to, report and analyseclient and prospect comments via email and other non telephony communication avenues.Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate client responses and respond to clients directly either by phone or written comms
  • Manage internal escalations and colleague issues related to Digital Channels and liaise directly with those Front Office colleagues
  • Be involved in the sending of client comms when feature releases require it
  • Report on activity
  • Provide insight that will help us prioritise fixes and new requests
  • Help shape platform functionality through detailed reporting of client issues
  • Create MI and trend analysis
Your Experience:
  • Strong relationship building
  • Administrative support work with a professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Data analysis
  • MI production
