Job Description

Care Coordinator for Home Care Services (Drivers Only) - LiverpoolSummary Experienced care professional needed to join our growing Home Care Services within the Liverpool area. We are looking for a passionate, values-driven individual who will complement the departments already established office team.You will support and manage teams to provide excellent customer service to those who we support and their families within the local community. Coordination of care calls is a vital part of the role and as such excellent logistical skills and knowledge of the Liverpool area is essential.Salary: £20.600 per annumHours: Full Time - 37.5hr hours per weekShifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Flexibility around these hours dependent on the needs of the service)Weekend working required on a rota basis - One weekend in threeOn-Call duties included - Generous payments, paid on top of standard salaryClosing date for applications: 5:00pm on Wednesday 27th January at 5:00pm Eligibility Required Full enhanced DBS check will be carried out by Be Caring Limited any offer of employment is subject to the information gathered at this time. Experience Required Previous experience in a similar role would be a strong advantage when being considered for this role. Proven track record of coordinating services and managing a team with the ability to work under pressure would help the successful candidate succeed in their employment with Be Caring. You will allocate care calls to our support staff and coordinate shift patterns enabling the service to run smoothly and efficiently.You will work alongside our management team to support our departmental Team Leaders, ensuring that all aspect of our contractual obligations are being met and exceeded. This may include ensuring Care & Support Plans are completed and up to date, ensuring all care calls are covered and ensuring that your team are supported to be the best they can beOn-Call duties are expected to be undertaken by the successful candidate, this is completed on a rota basis and payments are made on top of your basis salary.
