The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding the client base within the construction industry. This is an excitingopportunity for someone with a passion for sales, relationship building, and a keen understanding of the construction sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Preferred Experience:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience working with Business Development software.
  • Experience working in Brickworks, Carpentry, Joinery, or a similar field.
