Working at the client`s office in the City Centre of Liverpool, you will be expected to assist customers over phone, email, chat and social media offering a high standard of customer service with a sales throughservice approach.This role to start off with involves a requirement to train from the office for a 2-6 week period but then will move to a hybrid working model.Please be aware, when applying for this role, you must be able to commit to the following:1. Flexible to work shift patterns working2. No holidays booked in the first 6 weeksDay to day duties will be:Managing a high volume of calls on an inbound basis.Accurately note taking and inputting as much information as possible gained from each customer and then updating the company`s CRM system.Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.Working towards and achieving all KPI`s set whilst being able to work under pressure and against deadlines and targets.Good listening, social, interpersonal and problem solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
