Job Description

A growing software company based in south Cambridgeshire, near Royston is looking for HR Administrator to join their team! This is a perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join a collaborative, friendly and interactive division,while personally contributing to the future growth of the company.You will be reporting to the HR manager and be providing them administrativesupport and to the wider team and internal clients.This role is hybrid, up to 2 days in the office but must be availableto come inif required.You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queriesand some other responsibilities, such as:

  • Preparing HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts and on boardingcommunications
  • Coordinating on boardingand induction schedules
  • Organising and maintaining employee records
  • Updating HR Information Systems and internal databases
  • Maintaining shared HR inbox and email allocation
  • Handling all communication with the up mostconfidentiality
Requirements:
  • At least 2 yearsexperience in a similar role which included some of the responsibilitieslisted above.
  • Understanding / strong knowledge of key HR processes and policies
  • Previous experience using HR Software for example Bamboo HR
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email and in-person )
  • Ability to prioritise important projects
  • Good Computer literacy
