£21,685 - £30,379 per annum42 hours per week, Term-Time OnlyPermanentBased in Lingfield, Surrey1x Fixed term up to 1-year, Maternity cover1x PermanentAbout UsYoung Epilepsy is the only UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services.Your roleYou will teach within our Special Educational Need (SEN) programme, incorporating aspects of Personal & Social Development (PSD) and wellbeing. You will be expected to undertake assessments of potential and existing students and act as a Personal Tutor in the provision of pastoral care to students in this very rewarding role.With a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent post 16 qualification, or a teaching qualification with relevant specialism, you will have experience of planning and delivering learning to post-16 students in a similar SEN environment.
