You will be expected to undertake assessments of potential and existing students and act as a Personal Tutor in the provision of pastoral care to students in this very rewarding role.With a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent post 16 qualification, or a teaching qualification with relevant specialism, you will have experience of planning and delivering learning to post-16 students in a similar SEN environment.
