Job Description

Lloyd Recruitment services is currently seeking a Bookkeeping Administrator on a part time basis to join a leading business who specialise in organising freight for events and exhibitions.The successful candidate will be confident with high volumes of data entry on a regular basis. Whats in it for you

  • Salary: £25K - £28K pro rata (depending on experience)
  • Location: Outskirts of Edenbridge - Must be a car driver due to location
  • Ideally 2 - 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work extra hours to cover holiday from time to time
  • Benefits: Discretionary Company Bonus
  • One hour paid break for lunch
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (Pro rata)
Key responsibilities:
  • Accurate data entry - high volume onto system and excel
  • Responsibility for the accounts email - dealing with queries as they come in
  • Dealing with purchase invoices that come into the accounts email
  • Sending invoices to the sales team for authorisation
  • Dealing with multiple currencies and multiple bank accounts
  • Basic bookkeeping duties
  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with reconciliations
  • Using an inhouse system, Sage and Excel on a daily basis
  • Importing payments from the online portal into sage, then marking once paid
Key requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a role that includes high volume data entry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Own car essential for commute to the premises
