This position requires a candidate with a passion for working with SEND learners. The successful candidatewill join a collaborative team, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with autism.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement and adapt learning strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students with autism.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience working with young people in SEND is desirable but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
