Job Description

Are you a Support Worker looking for a new opportunity helping to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and similar conditions in an educational, residential environment A leading national charity is looking for a Support Workers in the Lingfield, Surrey area. Youll work flexible hours through the week, evenings and weekends and earn a competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to enrol into a company benefit scheme.In addition to being fully supported in your Support Worker role, there are numerous additional benefits available to suit your lifestyle and boost your income, and there is ongoing support from a fantastic team of medical Consultants who have a background in Health care. Your Support Worker role:

  • Contribute to the students educational, social and development curriculum and participate in its delivery as a member of a co-ordinator team.
  • Provide a continuity and consistency of support to the students to enable their progression in educational, social, therapy or developmental programmes.
  • Teamwork in creating a caring, safe and acceptable atmosphere to ensure students grow in independence.
  • Assist with all aspects of personal care and daily living skills in accordance with individual support needs.
