Due to growth plans they require a Quality Assurance specialist to help improve and maintain high quality, safety, and environmental standards across the company.In this role you will be responsibility for the delivery and management of quality, safety and environmental programmes. You will manage and maintain production quality across the business to ensure the best practice and customer satisfaction. You will Identify initiatives to improve performance and Identify risks and develop measures to reduce and control.The Role:* Quality Assurance Manager* Overseeing Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environmental * Assist with ISO Audits (9001, 14001 and 45001)* Actively promote health safety and quality across the company* £33000 - £35000 + Training, Development, Bonus and BenefitsThe Candidate:* QHSE experience in Manufacturing* Passionate about improving performance* Has experience of creating new QSHE initiatives and programmes * Excellent Communication and Organisation skills Required skills
