Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager - 4 star hotel - near East GrinsteadWe are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the running of our clients food & beverage outlets. Working with the other heads of department, you will be responsible for reviewing service standards, costs and percentages across thebusiness.The PlaceOur client is a business and leisure resort located near East Grinstead with a racecourse, 4 star hotel and golf course on site.The PerksThe Food & Beverage Manager will receive:

The PersonThe Food & Beverage Manager will have:
  • Previous hands-on, operational experience at managerial level in a busy Food & Beverage department in a hotel environment
  • A flexible approach to their responsibilities and the ability to cover shifts as required
  • An excellent standard of presentation
  • Your own reliable transport to a small village on the outskirts of East Grinstead.
