They use in the moment planning where stafffollow the childrens interests whilst providing new opportunities for them. Their mission is to provide high quality learning and flexible care and to embrace individual needs and interests.This particular role would be working with the Nursery to gain an apprenticeship in Childcare. You would be required to work 30 hours per week either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday-Friday on a permanent basis.
