We are immediately recruiting for a Site Operations Manager in Lichfield, WS13 8SS. You will be part of a fast-growing team supporting a well known established online fashion and cosmetic retailer!Your pay rate as a Site Operations Manager will be between £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on your experienceAbout:Our client is a well known British online fashion and cosmetic retailer, a global leader in shipping and logistics! We need you to join our team to help provide the best service possible to ensure both clients and customers are happy!Typical shifts as a Site Operations Manager:Flexibility to do any days or nights will be required especially during peak periodsDay to day:As a Site Operations Manager, you will effectively manage the operational team across all shifts for a large onsite major client. The purpose of this role is to maximize the quality of this pool and ensure retention and absence are kept above agreed KPIlevels. Also, a large part of this role is to ensure working in a true partnership with the client management team and PMP site leadership to achieve high levels of engagement.To develop and manage a team of Operational Site Consultants to drive performance and key objectives in-line with the Clients requirements. To develop and grow profitability through reduction in absence and attrition in accordance with Company strategy.Our ideal candidate:
