Position: Full-time, Permanent.Salary: A competitive salary of up to£40k per yearLocation: LichfieldOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their award-winning team of RIBA chartered architects. The practice has a broad portfolio, working across diverse sectors such as commercial, industrial, residential, education,retail, healthcare, leisure, urban planning, heritage, conservation, and ecclesiastical throughout the UK.Benefits:-An opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.-A collaborative and supportive work environment.- Salary range: £37,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.- Private healthcare.- 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays.- Pension scheme.Role Overview:This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a well-established architectural firm and contribute significantly across all RIBA stages, particularly within the commercial and conservation sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in leadingprojects from concept to completion, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external consultants.Essential Experience and Skills:- A minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in the UK construction industry.- Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of AutoCAD and NBS Create is desirable.- Strong skills in construction detailing and a solid understanding of current UK Building Regulations.- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.- Previous experience in residential projects is preferred but not essential.- Membership in the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) would be an advantage, though not mandatory.
