Providing support to the Assistant Head of FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst will be the go-to person for the preparation and interpretation of financial analysis and reporting.Client DetailsMy client is a leading care business that are constantly growing, they are a company that are people focused and push all staff to progress.DescriptionKey responsibilities of the role will be the preparation of the management accounts, investor report and presentation, compliance certificates and Market Oversight reporting, payroll analysis and reporting, liaising with FBPs and MDs to understand keytrends, helping to drive improvements in both data integrity and performance. Regular reporting for the Executive Committee and senior Managers within the business, supporting with maintenance of the budgeting & reporting system, manage service-level bonusschemes and the preparation of financial analysis to improve operational / financial performance of business.ProfileThe successful candidate for the Senior Finance Analyst role will be inquisitive in mindset, a problem solver, analytical and with a high level of attention to detail, experience in data modelling using large datasets, possessing strong Excel / PowerPointskillset, be able to interpret complex information and present in a clear and easy to understand format and be an excellent communicator, holding good presentation skills, both verbally and in writing. Also being Part Qualified in a relevant Financial Qualification.Job OfferOn offer to the successful candidate is a salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience, a role within an established successful business as a Senior Finance Analyst and flexible working.
