Job Description

Think Community Partnership are delighted to be working with a leading provider of affordable housing in Lichfield to recruit for a Scheme Manager.As part of the Supported Housing team, you will take responsibility for providing Housing related support to service users within a retirement living setting.Overview

  • Immediate start
  • Temporary ongoing contract
  • Up to £17.00 per hour
  • Part-time role - 21 hours per week.
  • Scheme based.
As a Scheme Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Undertaking regular building safety checks and site security.
  • Daily resident welfare checks for around 45 residents at the service.
  • To be able to be a friendly and reliable neighbour for the over 55s service users.
  • Ensuring that the service users are actively supported and guided in their pathway to live independently.
  • Focusing on building resilience and improving the wellbeing of the residents in your service.
  • Complete risk assessments and support plans for new and existing service users.
The Scheme Manager is expected to have:
  • Experience providing housing related support within a retirement living setting.
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Access to a vehicle for travelling between schemes when required.
