**Job Opportunity: Religious Education (RE) Teacher****Location:** Lichfield**Start Date:** JanuaryWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join our esteemed school community in Lichfield. The position is available for a January start, focusing on teaching RE to both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.**Responsibilities:**1. **KS3 and KS4 Religious Education:** Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Religious Education to students in both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering an understanding and appreciation of diverse religious beliefs.2. **Curriculum Development:** Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Religious Education curriculum, ensuring alignment with current religious studies developments and the needs of our diverse student body.3. **Assessment and Progress Monitoring:** Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic and moral development.**Qualifications and Requirements:**- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Religious Education.- Experience teaching Religious Education at both KS3 and KS4 levels.- Strong knowledge of religious principles and current developments in the field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a team-oriented teaching environment.We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
