Job Description

Product Sales Specialist£50,000 + Commission Laptop, Mobile, Car Allowance or Company CarFully RemotePermanentTo oversee and take full accountability and responsibility for the sales and growth.Establish a proactive culture to sales and secure product specification by providing early engagement design led solutions to both Specifiers and Contractors, focused on major projects. You will advise the business and customers alike on technical queries,recommend suitable products both internally and externally, and promote products. Leading by example, the role will involve responding to client enquiries in a timely and positive manner, building long-term relationships with the aim of increasing growth inthe specific product group.Responsible for:* Professionally engage and respond to incoming telephone and e-mail sales enquiries in a timely fashion.* Maintain and develop strong relationships with all respective customers.* Proactively engage and deliver all marketing and product promotions.* When required, attend site meetings to offer advice and solutions to the customer * Continually developing techniques to break/set specification(s) and proactively advise sales/marketing colleagues to improve knowledge and update resources.* Engage with Project Coordinator to develop proactive strategy for seeking out and acting upon potential opportunities * Responsible for self-capture and recording of CRM relevant data, project and contact information encountered. Ensure customer relationship knowledge is shared both using CRM and updating colleagues in other internal and externalteams.* Using trained knowledge provide product and application advice to all customer groups or pass on to suitable technical support in good time, ensuring customer service follow up communication.* Responsible for supporting set business objectives and contributing toward their ongoing development.* Identify key customers and develop appropriate business plans to set/influence specification and use of our portfolio of products.* Ensure key projects are proactively managed from start to completion, ensuring appropriate communications both internally and with clients are coordinated and provided in good time.* Engage with Clients, Consultants and Contractors directly, responsibility to ensure all distributor/merchant communications are coordinated through appropriate channels.* Attendance to trade shows, corporate events, displays and meetings as and when required.* Maximise the margin potential.To apply please follow the link or call Georgia on | for more information.Adecco UK are an equal opportunities employer and an EmploymentAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
