Job Description

Are you a Registered Nurse in Birmingham/ West Midlands looking for a new nursing agency to work in the private sector If youve been qualified for a minimum of 6 months in the UK, or bring a wealth of experience, we want to hear from you.Our ideal nurse will be an RGN responsible for providing care to patients in line with NMC guidelines across various settings in the West Midlands who has a minimum of 6-months experience in the UK as a nurse.Responsibilities

  • Providing direct care to patients including assessing and implementing care plans, administering medication, treatments and performing physical examinations
  • Supporting patients and their families with their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating and communicating with doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social workers, and care assistants
  • Maintaining and updating patient records, whilst using technology to ensure confidentiality.
  • Adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct (or client centred policy) at all times to ensure ethical, safe and effective practice.
  • Ensuring Continued Professional Development throughout placements including implementing learning from mandatory training.
