Job Description

We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency, do you want to join us and enhance our marketing activity, with the ultimate goal of attracting new clients and promoting our brand. You will work with the team to coordinate and implement an integrated marketingstrategy to generate new sales opportunities and support the business goals. You’ll be working with the Fractional CMO on the day-to-day delivery function, responsible for inputting and executing a diverse range of marketing activities.You’ll need some digital experience and be comfortable with whatever is asked of you to deliver your KPIs. This hands-on role will equip you with the knowledge to develop your digital marketing career. Grow in the role with an amazing team around you.You can be based in our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business, so maybe within two hours’ drive time or near a train line that comes to LichfieldCity/Trent Valley would work too.What will you be doing

  • Supporting with the management of our website, updating content and pages as necessary (we use HubSpot)
  • Supporting with the organisation of webinars, including scheduling, and generating attendees from our database, and following up on opportunities from webinars
  • Supporting with the planning and organisation of events and generating attendees
  • Delivering a high-quality, timely content plan to drive and engage traffic and generate leads for the business. Content includes videos, blog posts, email marketing messages, social media posts, case studies, sales & marketing collateral, presentation contentand website copy
  • Supporting the sales team with new business opportunities, including helping create collateral
  • Reporting on performance of marketing activity to the CMO and rest of business and optimising activity based on those results
  • Ensuring all marketing collateral is in-keeping with the ClickThrough brand guidelines and acting as the gate-keeper for the brand
Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience of delivering effective digital and content marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, confidence in being a face of ClickThrough internally and externally
  • Experience in using social media management software, eg Hootsuite
  • Experience in using basic graphics/image programs
  • A keen eye for detail with others and own work
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a proactive manner with a strong sense of ownership
  • A desire to continually learn and develop
If you’ve got these it’d be fabulous, but it’s not essential:
  • B2B marketing experience, either agency or client-side
  • Experience in using HubSpot or similar CRM / email marketing tools
  • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns e.g. paid search, display or email
  • Marketing qualifications
