Key responsibilities of a Estate Agent /Lettings NegotiatorThe main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets though to exchange and completion.Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent /Lettings Negotiator
  • Preferably an experiencedsales person
  • Able togenerate new business in atarget driven environment
  • Outstandingcustomer care/customer serviceexperience
  • Resilient,positive,organised,numerateanddetail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • AFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
