Finance Manager - Litchfield - Full-time Permanent - £40,000 - £45,000I am working with an innovative technology company to recruit a full-time permanent Finance Manager, who will be based out of their stylish Lichfield offices. This Finance Manager post will be a hands on role that encompasses bookkeeping duties, such as looking after both sides of the ledger, invoice processing some credit control and other transactional tasks, as well as working on the management accounts and reportingup-to trial balance. The progression pathway of this opportunity is really what you want to make of it, the business is growing quickly and there is room to develop and grow with the company but equally if you were looking for a steady role with longevity and security and arentworried about career progression that is ok as well. This is an important role, and we dont want to close the door to you if you have great experience but arent keen on having to progress.You can be qualified by experience and still be successful in this role, as you can imagine form the sector, they are very tech friendly so being open to learning new systems or having an interest in technology could be advantageous but not essential.
