Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:Work closely with the Sales Director in charge of the office to motivate and lead a team of negotiators to achieve office targets and ensure adherence to all due diligence and regulatory / HR policies and procedures.Main tasks:

  • Carry out Senior Sales Negotiator duties as required by that specific job description
  • Lead morning meetings each morning, prior to the start of the working day, to motivate team towards achievement of set targets and allocate tasks for the day
  • Ensure vendor contact carried out in line with service standards
  • Ensure valuer diary is optimised for time management
  • Ensure daily processes and procedures are followed
  • Ensure Jupix and Lifesycle software are being utilised to the full potential and all notes are recorded
  • Assist Sales Director by compiling weekly and monthly reports for company directors
  • Deal with escalated queries / issues from clients to pre-empt any complaints
  • Undertake competitor analysis using RightMove Intel
  • Assist Sales Director with maintenance of team rota / holiday records via SAGE HR to ensure office is always adequately resourced including Saturday rota
  • Advise team sickness absences to Sales Director
  • Assist Sales Director with team 121 appraisals
  • Identify any team training requirements and discuss with Sales Director
Key Skills/Competencies required:
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a sales driven environment
  • IT literate
  • Preferably familiar with current software - Jupix
  • Has, or is working towards, a professional qualification such as Property Mark.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
