Job Description

  • Job Title: Customer Service Executive
  • Salary Guide: £26,000 - £28,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch

Working with businesses across the UK, this e-commerce company is soaring and has ambitious growth plans for the next 12 months which has resulted in an opening for a Customer Service Executive to support their superb array of customers.Recognised for the quality of products they offer and the remarkable customer service they deliver, this company offers a bespoke service and has nurtured a fantastic team that works together to achieve. Based in a modern office space near to Lichfield,this role will sit within their friendly customer service team where you will be expected to deliver first-class customer experience and act as the first point of contact for their customers, handling queries and resolving issues.Responsibilities:
  • Taking inbound customer calls to deal with incoming enquiries and provide swift resolutions
  • Communicating with customers to follow up on orders and provide delivery updates
  • Inputting order information to the CRM ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Liaising with suppliers to chase orders and ensure the smooth delivery of orders
  • Updating customer account information on the CRM system
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role, with a history of delivering first-class customer service
  • Confident and cheerful over the phone, able to engage positively with customers and build relationships
  • Demonstrates excellent organisation skills and can prioritise changing workloads
  • A self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team and isnt afraid to take on ad-hoc duties where required
  • Possesses superb communication skills and is professional in dealing with customers and suppliers
