Macildowie are partnering with an inspirational company whom are a specialist in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will be based at their Litchfield site.The Salary for this position is £40,000 plus £330 per month car allowance as there will be travel involved.The Opportunity:Business Analyst is required to work on a variety of both technical and process improvement projects, identified and approved via the small change project management strategy.We are looking for someone ideally within the Healthcare sector and they need to be financially astute.The Key Responsibilities are -Proven track record of project management in the delivery of end to end project lifecycle with understanding of project governance. Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the departments and the company as a wholeWork with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/productUse data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changesIdentify the processes and IT required to introduce your recommendationswork within governance guidelines to gain approval of your recommendations and implementation planCommunicate the benefits and gain buy in of your recommendations across departments and address any uncertainty and concernsProduce written documentation to support your work, report your findings and present to stakeholders when necessarySupport the staff and teams in making changesKey Skills;Excellent communications skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiencesAbility to motivate others and lead changeAbility to work under pressure on multiple projects with strict timescalesA passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to changeExcellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence based approachProcess Mapping and process improvementsWhat this incredible company can offer you:The salary for this role is £40,000, please note this role is temporary to permanent.The hours of work are 37.5 per week The holidays are 23 with bank holidays on top and you also have your birthday off too!There is free parking on siteThere is a pension and reward schemeGym Discount and Confidential SupportMacildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
