Application Support Analyst (COINS) OVERVIEW: Application Support Analyst (COINS)Job Title: Application Support Analyst (COINS)Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Contract type: PermanentWatsham Consulting is exclusively partnering with a Construction Group based in Lichfield, leading their search for an Application Support Analyst (COINS).This family-owned Civil Engineering company specialise in Groundworks and Housebuilding. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst (COINS) to attend the office at least 1-2 times per week while the rest can be managed from home. As Applications Support Analyst (COINS) you will be joining a busy, growing team and acting as the first point of contact for end users who require assistance with COINS related queries. You will be required to provide first line fixes and escalate queries beyond your remit. In addition you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and roll-out of COINS across one of the subsidiaries, bringing them in line with the processes across the group. It is essential that you have used COINS in a previous role however, if your implementation experience comes from another ERP such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, Eque2 etc, your application will be considered.
