My public sector client based in Lichfield is looking for an Administrator, to support their Deanery. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £11.55 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, the role is also currently working on a very flexiblehybrid model. Please note there is free parking onsite.The Deanery co-ordinates and manages post-graduate medical education & training for all their trainees. Your role would be to provide the first point of contact by covering the reception area for the Defence Deanery assisting with general queries and signposting customers to the relevant areas of responsibility as required.You will need to provide general administration support to the senior leadership personnel daily, this could be by acting as a support for meetings and notetaker for case work meetings as required. You will be processing paperwork for fee earners, assistingthe business manager with all matters relating to finance. Undertaking all administrative support queries and tasks where necessary and support with the maintenance of the Deanery SharePoint sites and communications for the Deanery. You must have great communicationskills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing.If you believe you have the experience and the skill set for this role, please apply asap.
