You will liaise with clients and health care professionals, managing schedules and assisting in the day to day running of the business. This is an exciting and busy role that would suit someone with previous experience in a Hospitality, Customer Service,Administration, or a coordinator position.Responsibilities Liaise and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are fully met Communicate with health care professionals, sending booking confirmations and diary updates Updating internal databases and spread sheets that will be used for payroll and compliance purposesRequirements: Detail oriented administration experience Excellent communicator at all levels, specifically on the telephone Ability to work welland be reliable in a fast-paced environmentThis role is available as full time looking to start immediately on a 3-6 month temporary position. The role would be over five days. Should you be a good fit for the company, there is potential for this role to become temp to perm.
