Job Description

Special Needs Teaching Assistant Mainstream Primary SchoolWaltham ForestCOVID-19 Notice -We will not be interviewing candidates face to face, we will instead be interviewing via video link. Vetting procedures will be carried out online.An Ofstedrated Good school in Waltham Forest are looking forSEN Teaching Assistants to start after Easter. As a SEN Teaching Assistant your role will be supporting children with Autism and Challenging behaviour. The Schoolarelooking for both KS1 and KS2 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with ASD needs.You will carry out some intervention workoutside of the class, however the school does try to adopt an inclusive approach tolearning, so you will try as much aspossibleto have an inclusive approach.Thesuccessful SEN Teaching Assistant will have good SEN experience.

  • £75-95 per day, dependent on experience/qualifications.
